  • To announce events, build mailing lists, solicit artists for shows, announce news, awards, staff additions, etc.
  • To solicit supporters and market their shows to a global audience supporting their sales efforts.
  • Also, a gallery owner planning to attend art shows could circulate that news to IGAN members to encourage greater interest in the gallery. Potential clients and artists could arrange to meet at the show.
  • IGAN can provide early news of trends and up and coming artists.
  • Galleries/museums could secure world-class artists for their shows at a very early stage in their planning. That news could be circulated to their key clients and potential prospects well in advance to build interest in purchasing art.
